Average Review: 5 stars
Review: Thoroughly entertaining : This book gave an excellent snapshot of life in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. Finn and his friends keep the book moving nicely, with a number of laugh-out-loud episodes. The writing style is clever, and the characters seem to be speaking directly to the reader. Although the newsboys' strike is not covered in great detail, other details about the newsies' lives are readily available. This book is a quick read that is highly enjoyable for kids or adults!
