Review: Still Number One : Yes, the butterfly tattoo is probablly still the number one tattoo that women get -- ass antlers notwithstanding. I take scads of these temporary tattoo books to parties and break them out after drinks are served. I always make sure to have the butterfly books since it's the one tattoo that many of the women at the party would actually consider.
